30-day free UK returns on unworn items.
Free UK delivery over £75, otherwise £4.95 tracked.
International shipping available to EU, US, Canada and Australia.
What is your returns window?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags attached.
Do I pay return shipping?
No — UK returns are free. We email you a prepaid Royal Mail label as soon as you start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Tell us the size you'd like when you start the return and we'll hold it for fourteen days while your original makes its way back.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the EU, US, Canada and Australia. International orders take 5–10 working days. International returns are at the customer's cost.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard tracked delivery is 2–3 working days. Free over £75, otherwise £4.95. Next-day delivery is £8.95 if ordered before 1pm.
Are sale items returnable?
Yes — sale items are returnable on the same 30-day window. Final-sale pieces are clearly marked at checkout and cannot be returned.
Can I have store credit instead of a refund?
Yes. Store credit is issued as a code by email and never expires.
What if the item is faulty?
We'll cover return shipping and either repair, replace or refund — your choice. Email hello@brightonkelp.com with a photo and we'll be in touch the same day.
